I am mental health specialist and lecturer with extensive experience in the NHS, education and the private sector of helping people with a range of issues and difficulties.

I offer help to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families with a wide range of difficulties which include: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, disabilities, ADHD, autism, bereavement, work difficulties, post-natal depression, coping with illness, emotional instability,  cultural issues, identity issues, anger management and self-destructive patterns of behaviour.

Training, consultancy and clinical supervision is also provided.
